We've tried not to be long-winded, a few things we need to let you know to ensure transactions run smoothly. If you have any questions or are unsure about any of these points, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

Copyright

At all times copyright remains strictly with the artist. All reproduction of any images and text in any form for any reason is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Exchange Policy

 

Our exchange policy is limited to instances where customers have received an incorrect order. Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival.  In the rare event you have received incorrect items, please notify us of the error within 48hrs, via the website, and we will arrange for a an exchange.  Please include your order number and contact details for a speedy resolution.

Shipping

Damage in transit

We take greatest care in inspecting and packaging all items to ensure your artwork is protected during transit, however, we are unable to control the handling by couriers. If any damage has occurred due to mishandling or failed delivery by the courier service, please contact us via the website within 48hrs of delivery so we can contact the courier service.  Please include your order number and contact details.  It is important that you also include clear images of both the packaging and artwork so we can liaise with the couriers.

Not Delivered/Lost

If your order does not arrive within the published times, please contact us via the website, and we will contact our couriers as a matter of urgency.  Please include your order number and contact details for a speedy resolution.

Refunds & Returns

 

We greatly value our customers and your satisfaction is our top priority and we are here to make things right. Please read on for our refund and exchange policy.

Please note that all original artworks and commissions,  are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Complaints

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we work very hard to achieve this, however we recognise that, even with the best will in the world, occasionally things don't go quite to plan. If at any time you do have cause for dissatisfaction or complaint about any of our goods or services then please talk to us.  We will, of course, do our best to resolve the situation.
