ABOUT DONNA​​

I love to sketch from real life, although I don't always make a literal representation of what I see, that's why we have cameras. I paint how I feel, so I sometimes move things around, distort perspective, change colours or combine several viewpoints into one composition to get to the essence of the place.

 

​I specialise in mixed media work, which includes ink, vibrant watercolours, gouache and soft pastels.  All materials used are professional, high quality and lightfast.​

 

From original artworks to prints or greetings cards, there is something to suit every budget and occasion.  If you do have something special I am always happy to consider requests for individual commissions depicting your home, place of worship, a favourite view, your pet, or any other subject appropriate to my body of work.
