The Romans used the natural landscape to carve this stunning Roman theater out of the hillside.  It is not only one of the most stunning features of the Hierapolis Archaeological Site, it's also one of the best-preserved theaters in Turkey, seating over 10,000 people.  A magestic testament to the greatness of this ancient city.
