Caring for your artwork
 
  • Dust
    Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. Avoid using chemicals or water. 
  • Placement
    Although the finest lightfast paints and inks are used, please ensure prints and paintings are displayed out of direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure may cause fading. 
  • Humidity
    Avoid hanging art in areas with high humidity, such as bathrooms or near cooking appliances. 
  • Handling
    Handle artwork by the mount or frame and avoid pressing on the surface, especially for original paintings to prevent stains or damage.

    Exchanges

    Our exchnge policy is limited to instances where customers have received an incorrect order. Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival.  In the rare event you have received incorrect items, please notify us of the error within 48hrs, via the website, and we will arrange for a an exchange.  Please include your order number and contact details for a speedy resolution.

    Damages

    We take greatest care in inspecting and packaging all items to ensure your artwork is protected during transit, however, we are unable to control the handling by couriers. If any damage has occurred due to mishandling or failed delivery by the courier service, please contact us via the website within 48hrs of delivery so we can contact the courier service.  Please include your order number and contact details.  It is important that you also include clear images of both the packaging and artwork so we can liaise with the couriers.

    Not Delivered/Lost

    If your order does not arrive within the published times, please contact us via the website, and we will contact our couriers as a matter of urgency.  Please include your order number and contact details for a speedy resolution.

    Please note that all original artworks and commissions,  are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

    Up to A3

    Artwork A3 and smaller will be shipped flat in a reinforced sleeve with protective padding.

    Larger than A3

    Artworks larger than A3 are rolled and shipped in a protective tube. 

    Timeline

    Prints will produced, documented and shipped within 3-5 working days. 

    Original artworks are created on demand and we prioritise quality over quantity.  This could be 2 - 4 weeks after payment, depending on demand.  If your piece needs additional time in the studio, rest assured we will reach out to you with an updated timeline.

    Shipping Costs

    We take the greatest care in choosing our packaging to ensure your artwork is protected during transit.  The cost of packaging is included in the shipping costs.
